Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and our travel planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, as required by your destination. We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or information
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Any other intangible losses

We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, or other service providers. We shall not be liable for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from the services provided by third-party suppliers.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred New Zealand dollars (NZD 100), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall limit or exclude our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law
